Bodegas Ramón Bilbao will not refund the price of tours purchased through this reservation center if the visitor cancels the tour for any reason. However, the Winery will provide users with the option to use these tickets within 6 months of the original tour date. To do so, users must contact the Winery to notify them of the cancellation and request a different date.
